AYURVEDIC

DAY
01 :
Arrival at Trivandrum
Airport. Warm welcome at the airport and transfer to
the Ayurvedic Resort. Consultation with Ayuvedic physician to determine
appropriate treatments for the coming week. Overnight stay at the Resort.
DAY 02 , 03, 04, 05, 06 & 07 : Spend Six days enjoying the
Ayurvedic Rejuvenation Therapy
treatments 
that
have been chosen for you. Your personalized progamme may include daily
Yoga, meditation, medicated steam baths and soothing herbal massages.
In between treatments, and after returning to your hotel, rested and relaxed
at the end of the day, you will have plenty of time to explore the spectacular
coastal scenery for which the area is so well known.
Day 08 : Transfer to Airport with assistance to catch flight
for onwards destination
